  8. OutlineFont is a small patch that draws an outline or a shadow around
  9. Workbench icon text, increasing the readability on some background images, 
  10. and just generally looking snazzier.

  12. 1.4 - Again changed the way the patch checks for icon text drawing. This
  13.       means that the configuration has changed, but it is more compatible
  14.       and the problems with Birdie should be gone.
